Man allegedly runs during traffic stop

A man accused of running from authorities on Saturday night was arrested and charged with evading arrest. Dep. Michael A. Bean of the Carter County Sheriff's Department said that during a traffic stop on Nelson Drive, off Highway 91, a male passenger exited the vehicle and ran.
