12:57 a.m., 9100 block of Elk Grove-Florin Road (central Elk Grove): Elk Grove police arrested Haylee Lederer, 18, of Sacramento on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Officers contacted her during a traffic stop and determined she was intoxicated.
